Professional Career

Bryan Flores, a professional boxer hailing from Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, began his career with a decisive unanimous decision victory over Jorge Luis Falcon on May 16, 2014, at the Ole Ole Concert Hall in his hometown. Weighing in at 131¼ pounds, Flores showcased his skills over four rounds, earning the favor of all three judges with scores of 39-37, 40-36, and 40-36. This strong start laid the foundation for a career marked by both consistent performance and resilience.

Flores quickly established himself as a formidable presence in the ring, following up his debut with another unanimous decision win against Jose Luis Avalos on December 5, 2014, at the Gimnasio Municipal “Jose Neri Santos” in Ciudad Juarez. He continued his winning streak into 2015, securing victories over Avalos again and Reyes Benavides, the latter by knockout in the fifth round at the Centro Civico de Ecatepec. Despite a setback with a draw against Fernando Espinosa Mendoza in October 2015, Flores bounced back with a knockout win over Hector Mendoza in December of the same year.

The following years saw Flores continuing to build his record with a series of victories. Notable among these was his unanimous decision win over Carlos Raul Guzman in March 2016 and a disqualification win over Jose Andres Andrade Periban in July 2016. Flores’s ability to adapt and overcome various challenges in the ring was evident as he racked up wins, including a TKO victory over Francisco Javier Ibinarriaga Jimenez in December 2016. Flores’s career gained significant momentum in 2018 with impressive knockout wins against Dunis Linan and Flavio Ramos Zamora. He also earned a majority decision victory over Emmanuel Herrera in October of that year. Flores continued to showcase his knockout power and tactical prowess in subsequent years, defeating notable opponents such as Nery Saguilan and Ramon Mascarena Jr. in 2019.

In 2020 and beyond, Flores demonstrated his resilience and skill in high-stakes bouts. He secured a TKO win over Jorge Arturo Sanchez in November 2020 and continued to dominate with victories over Otto Gamez and Tyrone Luckey in 2021. Flores’s victory over Nestor Adrian Maidana in March 2022 further solidified his reputation, followed by unanimous decision wins against Daniel Sanchez Biviesca and Placido Ramirez. In April 2023, Flores faced Shinard Bunch and overcame an early knockdown to win by split decision, capturing the IBF USBA Super Light title. He continued his winning streak with a TKO victory over Eleazar Valenzuela Carrillo in September 2023 and a fourth-round TKO over Jorge Abel Bermudez in March 2024. Bryan Flores’s career reflects a combination of power, resilience, and tactical skill, making him a notable figure in the super lightweight division.
